Basics:
Fans can only see the creators they have subscribed.
Fan: On the "Feeds" homepage you can see the latest media from all of your subscribed creators at a glance.
How do I get to my respective creator profile? Click on the creator thumbnail or on "My subscriptions" at the top right
How can I cancel my Creator account?
Simply write to support@mystans.de or go to our contact page. Include the email address you provided here, your name and display name, and a short text, for example the date on which you would like to be deactivated.

How can I cancel a subscription from a creator?
- Go to your Fan Profile on the right side and click on your Logo Button.
- select "My Subscriptions"
- Select your creator and click on "Cancel subscription" on the far right
Your subscription will continue for as long as you have signed up for it.
Promote other Creators or Fans with your referral code
Fans and creators can refer others and earn commissions.
My Stans gives you a so-called "referral code" that you can use to refer other content creators or fans. You can find this code in your profile.
The referring user/creator receives the commission reward every time the referral recipient makes a purchase.
Tracking commission credits
Creators can track the referral commission they have received in the earnings report, which lists all of their earnings, while users see this as a positive credit in their transaction report.
My Stans gives you 3% of every purchase the referral makes on My Stans. And this as long as you are logged in to My Stans!
Gallery
How can I display photos in the gallery?
Click on your profile in the top right and then on "My Galleries"
Click on "Create new" (create a new folder where the pictures should be)
Then enter the name and a description. For example: My vacation and / My vacation in New York 2024
Then choose whether the folder should be actively visible.
You have created a folder. Now you can upload photos to this folder. When you're done, click on your profile again in the top right and view your photos live on your page.
Ps. Don't worry. The pictures are blocked for fans who have not subscribed to you. However, the photos in the gallery are not blurred. So you can see the first photo. Use a different picture if you don't want people to see it.
